“Won't be buying anything from this site again. Item ordered 14th December, paid delivery and still no sign of it. Make matters worse, this is customer response: "Delivery is an added cost for retailers as well as customers. A refund is only issued for damaged or unwanted items. A retailer is not responsible for delays related to delivery services." What a pathetic response.”

Hi Vin, Demanding a refund when you have been informed that your parcel is out for delivery is unlikely to get a positive response. You have access to the tracking number for the partly tracked service you paid for. The second half of the delivery service is handled by Royal Mail. As a retailer, we do not have control over the operations of the postal service. Thank you SDS Cool Stuff

Hi Your accusations are unjustified. We kindly remind you to use the tracking number provided to check the progress of your delivery. Your order is being shipped to Sri Lanka. There is a procedure for international shipping and it takes time. Thanks, SDS Cool Stuff
