“Last year, I booked a series of flights with MyTrip.com. The day before I was due to fly, I discovered that the flights for the first leg of the journey did not exist. I contacted MyTrip on June 30th via their customer service phone number. I was transferred through six different customer service representatives and they eventually offered a full refund for all the flights in the booking which I accepted. They said they would be in touch about the refund once they had investigated the case further. They have never contacted me. I have contacted them several times through their Customer Support messenger and have been told that they are waiting to get a "refund back from the airline". We cancelled the other flights on the journey on the basis that we were offered a full refund for the entire booking. But we have received nothing back. Do not book with this company.”

“Do not use My Trip. Com at any costs. I was recently in Portugal and on hearing reports of long waiting times at the security, I decided to book a fast track.
I booked fast track for €10 which I thought was reasonable. It wasn’t until I got home & my trip.com took £67.75 from my account & when I contacted them they said I had subscribed to them .
After I explained to them i only booked Fast Track & nothing else , they literally stated that I was at fault & I would not receive back my £67.75 for a service I had not needed or received.

I booked two tickets from Hong Kong to Barcelona in business class and nowhere the website has stated that the return ticket is a promotional fare ( usually for last minute gate upgrade)! I paid the full fare without knowing that I don’t get lounge access and other business class services.
And when tried to contact the hotline of my trip, they just shoved me off saying I should directly contact the airline.

“I've been using this site to purchase my flight tickets for the past year. Initially, everything seemed fine, but unfortunately, my experience took a nosedive during my second trip. I bought a return ticket to Addis Ababa, and while returning to Dublin, I received an email notifying me of the cancellation of my flight. The email suggested I request a refund, which I promptly did. However, it's been three months, and I'm still waiting for the refund, not to mention the additional expenses incurred for purchasing another ticket. This whole ordeal has left me feeling scammed and extremely disappointed.”

My flight has been delayed for more than 3 hours, so according to policies Airline I can get a refund by the third party (My trip). Now the agent tell me to contact the airline first, which I did, but Airlines told me My trip has to be the one who refund, since I bought tickets with them and Airline don't have access to it. I then talked with 3 agents from My trip and explained the situation, they keep transfering me to another agent and I have to explain it again. “If you are reading this, make sure you DO NOT BOOK with MyScam! If you do, you will lose all your chances of getting support or any possible refunds from the airlines in case something like flight delay or cancellation happens. They will do NOTHING, no support, no advice, and they always refer you to the airline even for smallest queries. Even if you are entitled to a refund from the airline, they will cut the hefty amount of 40 Euro per person from it, and you will never know if you actually received a refund from the airline!!! I have got a refund of around 40 Euro from an airline and I was waiting to receive it in my bank account. After 2 months, no money was deposited to my account and when I contacted the airline, I realized they have transferred the amount to this MyTrip scammers, and they have taken the money without even informing me!!! When I asked for the reason, one of their fake agents said "refund handling" costs 40 Euros and it is more than the amount we received from the airline, so you are entitled to nothing!!! I said what the F*** is "refund handling" and he said you have accepted it while booking with us!!! In fact, I have gone through the refund request to feed them!!!
So hear my advice: DO NOT book with them.
And don't get trapped in their "Air Help" stuff. AirHelp does NO S*IT. It is another addon to their scamming services. Airlines do not give a darn about these things and you end up paying an extra amount to these go-between scammers.

“I booked my flight through them hoping I will not have any problems. At first when you are purchasing the ticket on the website it gives you many options to add on your ticket which is already included and it is scam in fact. My return flight got canceled twice and for each time I had to call them several times stay on long waits to successfully rebook my flight. Long story short if you have to deal with the support you will have hard time and regret going on vacation even. I would not recommend them at all.”
