I ordered a dishwasher in December 2nd and delivery was scheduled for Dec 4th. That day came and went and I was rescheduled for the 9th. No show on the 9tv and rescheduled for the 12th. Nothing on the 12th, rescheduled fir the 19th. Again a no show and was rescheduled on the 21st. Talked to an “agent” and was told they stopped fir dinner and was assured it would be delivered. No show on 21st and rescheduled for 22nd. Guess what did not show up on the 22nd? The dishwasher. Due to Christmas, was rescheduled to the 26th, no show again and was rescheduled to the 28th. Nothing on that day either, rescheduled to the 30th. No show on 30 either. Rescheduled for 2 Jan at 12:42. Nothing yet, I finally came to my senses and cancelled my order. Do not buy from Sears if you need a replacement soon. If you have time on your hands and have a working appliance. Feel free to shop away, customer service sucks and you will be assured your delivery is on its way. Not the Sears company of old days, wish that company was still around.

I ordered a washer and dryer and have had them cancel appointment for delivery twice. No call and no resolution to the problem. Do not offer from them as they are not helpful.

I placed an order for a TV table at Nov 28th, I received at Dec 7th and I realized there are 16 pieces screws missing. I called Sears and they send email to seller and requested them to send missing parts. They send me 14 screws at Dec 16. After 19 days that I ordered the product, still couldn't use it because they sent me 2 screws less. There are no one responsible. Neither seller nor Sears. I will never purchase anything from Sears and Decoratika.

Several years ago I purchased a new Sears Kenmore washing machine and dryer. Both had problems from the start. The balance on the washer would buzz and the machine would turn off. The dryer had a loud and annoying screech. I continually called the Sears service department. It was under warranty. After three years the laundry room filled with water from a cheap water dispenser under the machine which was as thin as a plastic milk carton. It was replaced along with the knuckle bushing... the busing was replaced several times. On two occasions the Sears service rep. said that the machines should have never been released to the public. They were always breaking down and he spent most of his time repairing them. After the warranty expired, I was asked by Sears if I would like to renew. I declined and put my machines on the street for pick up. Unfortunately, Sears has lost its customer loyalty from poor products and management. I have never purchased another Sears product since this really bad experience. When Sears finally goes under, I will not miss them at all. No wonder 88% of people give negative reviews. I am not at all surprised!

Another 0 star review. Worst customer service EVER! Do not buy appliances because if they are defective, as our washer dryer was, they will do everything they can to prolong the experience. Our dryer has been broken for almost a year. We have had 5 service appointments that have not been beneficial. They refused to replace the unit until 5 visits had been made and it took on average 2 months to get each service visit. The customer service line is a JOKE. This morning I was on hold for 2.5 hours before I had to hang up. I would highly recommend working with a company that is local. We will never go with SEARS for anything again. The WORST.

If I could give a 0 I would. A new refrig leaked and caused $$$$ damage. It took a month for a repairman to actually come out to find it had a cracked part. It has been over 3 weeks now and according to sears "they can't find the part". What kind of 3 month old appliance leaks and then they can't find the replacement part????

I ordered appliances in the middle of October from Sears.com with a Nov 11 delivery time. They waited until November 4 to tell me that my items would be delayed until December 9. However, if I go to Sears.com right now, I can re-order the same appliances with a November 24 delivery. WHAT IS GOING ON???? I really need these appliances.

tried over 20 times to place an order, finally gave up, will check with amazon or cosco. never could get past linking my account. no wonder sears is going bankrupt, if you cant order why bother wasting time to look up parts or items, have never had so much problem buying any item from other company

Ordered 2 “300pc drill & drive sets” for Xmas presents. One came damaged, box & plastic broken, pieces out of the box, not suitable to give as a gift. Sears wants me to 1) go to UPS to return the item 2) go online and buy the item again 3) pay for the item & the shipping again 4) call them after I order to get shipping refunded. 5) wait 5-7 days after they receive the return to refund my money! At this point I said NO, not worth the hassle, lesson learned, DONT SHOP AT SEARS!! There’s a reason I stopped shopping at SEARS years ago!

I wouldn’t even give it one star. Maybe.01 star. Called their repair services for our broken washer. Repairman said needed new valves. Valves didn’t arrive, appointment canceled. Call the black hole of the service department. Was on phone 1.5 hours, transferred 6 times, dropped once. Told that the parts were on backorder. Also told the parts we’re discontinued. Told the monthly home warranty serviceman talked me into wouldn’t pay for new washer. Told they would try to get parts elsewhere. Told they didn’t have timeline. Told by different people 1 month, 5 months, 8 months. Now up to 8 different people, 5 additional transfers, no solution except I’d been suckered. Finally cancelled monthly home warranty after being asked 5 times not to, “that I would get a $500 voucher” and am in interested in a home improvement specialist to come to my house for free? Shame on you Sears. Your last breath is full of deceiving time wasting sales tactics. Do not use Sears services.

I have been a Sears customer for over 50-years. I recently ordered a tool chest from Sears.com., and paid $360, when it arrived, the box was torn and the tool chest door was damaged. I immediately called to report the issue and wanted to return the unit and requested a prepaid shipping labe so I could return it. Sears told me that there was nothing they could do because it was a third party vendor. I told them that I paid Sears not a third party vender. I have called at least a half dozen times in an attempt to rectify this terrible situation. The customer service number transfers to India and these employees are very hard to understand which fustrates the situation. I even tried calling the Sears Corporate phone number only to be transferred back to India.

We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator less than a year ago and the fan that pushes cold air from the freezer into the refrigerator has gone out. It's been out for 2 weeks now. We've had 2 people come out (from a contracting company Sears hired) to look at it. The first person unplugged the fridge and the fan started and said it was ok. An hour later the fan went out. The 2nd person decided the fan needed to be replaced. They said it would be in at the beginning of the following week. It's now the end of the week and no word. Then we came home from work and the freezer had stopped and our food was all thawed out. We contacted Sears. Sears contacted the contractor who had trouble finding our invoice. Then they told Sears it's back order and doesn't know when it will be available; it could be 2 weeks. That puts us a month without a refrigerator. They said our warranty says that if after 3 weeks (this starts after an invoice for the part is ordered...week 2) a part is still on backorder then they will contact the manufactor and decide if we can have a replacement. So again, a month without a refridgerator that we bought less thatna year ago. Their customer care is terrible.

We bought 4 new appliances 5/26/12 from Sears. The Kenmore Elite French door bottom refrigerator/ freezer has had multiple problems and failed completely today. We requested service repair again recently as the water dispenser on door was not working, he left and it still wasn’t working!! We called back and scheduled another repair visit and we’re notified day of appt, it was being rescheduled!! This happened a total of 3 times!! Now after having to throw more food out, we have called another repair service. We will never purchase anything from Sears again!! I am done with their lousy service after being a shopper for over 50 years! The average lifespan of refrigerators is approx 14 years, we got 8😡

Waste of money and time. Our washer had issues while under warranty. Took a month or longer for a repairman to come out each of the four different times. Warranty expired during this time and they said due to a small technicality the service to the washer would no longer be covered under the warranty, even though the original issue was still not resolved. Waited over 2 hours on hold with warranty company and they kept sending me to different departments to deal with the issue. They replaced all of the electronic parts on the machine, still not working right. Have waited on hold for over 2.5 hours to file a service protection claim with them and THEY hung up on ME without ever answering. We will never us them again and recommend that no one else does either. We used to be satisfied, loyal customers, but the business is not the same as it used to be and we are very disappointed and frustrated by that.

I bought a pair of capris and went to return them however 2 months had gone by so White Oak store refused to return them saying their policy is 30 days. In normal times target, kohl's and other department stores accept returns for 90 days. In these days of COVID they have extended them. I had 3 deaths in my family plus members sick with COVID, Should I have gone to the store and exposed others just so I could be within the 30 days? Shame on you Sears. For the sake of a $10 item I am going to go to other stores the next time I shop for an appliance worth hundreds of dollars. You have lost my loyalty and business.
