“My experience with Secret Linen Store started well and didn't end so well! Despite a few issues with the ordering process at the start, which was dealt with brilliantly, the delivery arrived quickly and well packaged. However, after washing the duvet and the pillow covers in the machine once before using it, all the garments' seams were giving out cotton away and turned into little balls. I didn't notice till it dried and then starting using them. Balls of cotton went everywhere and were quite annoying and messy. I can understand that there are sometimes faulty garments. So I contacted customer service to let them know about the issue, which shows poor quality. , it was not a nasty email but just to let them know about the problem for future reference. Did I get an email back with concerns and perhaps an answer and help to remedy the problem or even a little sorry? No, I didn't, which left me in the dark and made me think, great customer service when they want the order but not after the order is delivered. It might be an oversight, but in the meantime, I possibly won't order anymore and still have a bitter taste in my mouth.”

“Absolutely love the duck feather and down mattress topper. I’m so glad I came across your site during my extensive research for the best at home boutique hotel feel bed. Went on to buy cushions for the sofa and a throw (sorry I did that in multiple orders- had I known I would be so happy I’d have ordered everything in one go!)”

“All our beds have Secret Linen store bed linen, after the first purchase I was converted and stopped buying from High Street stores. I recently contacted their customer services and I can honestly say they were as brilliant and lovely as their bed linen. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.”

“The linen is lovely and finely woven but also quite thick in a way that feels like it’ll last longer than the thinner but equally expensive/good providers. It also means a good solid colour. I’ve tried bedfolk and soak and sleep too. Feels and looks solid and all gorgeously presented. What really stands out too is the customer service. Utterly positive and friendly and personal.”

“Ordered the blush cotton pillow cases to go with my linen duvet cover. Beautifully soft, perfect colour match and wash well. I also have the matching linen pillowcases but found they were a bit scratchy on my face, so tend not to use them. Over all, great service for Secret Linen Store.”

“Lovely quality, really like the new bedding in linen and will buy more. It is very comfortable to sleep in. I also bought stripe hand towels and they are fantastic. Absorb wet hands quickly, look great and stylish in my country home.”
