“Love our new linen bed set”

“Friendly help on colours etc via e-mail prior to purchase, and I'm very happy with the quality and finish of the linens.”

“I was worried about buying and read a lot of reviews prior to buying. I normally have high thread count cotton from John Lewis, but the colours are limited and I fancied something different. I am very happy with my duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillowcases and blankets. Be careful when ordering cushion covers, I bought the spice coloured waffle blanket and the spice coloured knitted cushion cover thinking they would be the same colour, they are not. Other than that, I loved the paper packaging and the products arrived in good time.”

Hello Irena Thank you for taking the time to review your order with us. We are sorry to hear that the towels and seersucker was not what you had in mind. our Seersucker is our lower thread count, so well feel a little thinner compared to our Luxury 600 Thread Count. we do take onboard all feedback as this helps us grow and improve. “Fantastic quality and a great range of colours. I love that the company thinks about the impact on the environment. The linen bedding washes well, feeling soft every time. A 5 star recommendation.”

“Took ages choosing new bed linen and looked at other companies but I loved the range of colours offered.”

“I ordered a feather mattress topper and it was definitely worth waiting for. My bed has never been so comfortable! My only quibble is the elastic straps that hold it on are a smidge too short for my deep mattress so they slide off and the topper slides about. It is a minor irritation though.”

“I am over the moon with my blush linen sheets. Having never had linen before I was intruiged to find out how they would feel and my partner was very dubious. However they are pure luxury, heavier than cotton, yet cooler and definitely no need to iron. Even my boyfriend loves them and that is saying something! Service was great and Secret Linen even collected return for nothing as I live in the middle of nowhere. I will undoubtedly be ordering from them again”

“Order process is good although I didn't receive an email acknowledgement which you normally get with other companies so I was a little concerned. Delivery time was good and very pleased with the quality of product so far.”

“Lovely soft linen bedding. The only downside is that fibres come off the linen onto night clothes”
