“I thought the website was absolutely great but I felt the samples were a bit amateur.. they took quite a while to come (I am still waiting for two!) and they were all different sizes and just in an envelope. It would have been nice if they were all the same size and maybe in a box. They didn’t feel as special as I thought they would…!”

“I ordered towels and a bathmat for my brother. They are absolutely terrific. They launder very quickly and, despite being light, the towelling fabric is lovely for drying. I was so impressed that I ordered the luxury cotton towels for myself. They have, just this minute, been delivered, and they are perfect! Thank you!”

“We were very disappointed with our purchase and did not feel it look like the pictures at all. Because we took them out the packaging to see them we did not feel we could return them but our two pairs of curtains are now in a box unused so would appreciate if we can return them even at a lost cost. They are brand new and will not be used.”

“I had to wait a long time for my order but this was due to bad weather and Covid. It was wonderful to speak to a real person, based in the UK when I phoned to chase up my order. The lady was apologetic, helpful and completely reassuring at a time when I’ve had some really bad experiences with other online companies. My order has arrived, excellent product and well priced. I will definitely use again.”
