“The reason, I gave ‘The Secret Linen Store’ an excellent, is because it is a great-company to order from, they sell gorgeous linen, at a competitive price.(I might add). Having washed the duvets covers several times I was so pleased, they hardly crease, and dry quite quickly, the freshness is still there, and the colour remains pristine white, long may this last?(I know, at the moment we can hang washing out to dry) I would also like to comment on Molly and Harriet’s efficiency in keeping the customer informed, also, packaging is excellent, with a free sachet of tea from tea pigs, I can recommend the lemon and ginger. They just get things RIGHT....... I would definitely order from them again, and have no hesitations in recommending them. I’m”

“Upon receiving my order, I was impressed with the environmental friendly packaging where these days there seems to be excessive and unnecessary plastic packaging. I was delighted with my order- especially the crisp, cool white bedding. It is clear that the quality is indeed higher than the ones from supermarkets. Ironing the sheets was quite an enjoyable one this time! The blanket bed throw was not suitable and was a bit disappointed to find it somewhat creased from the tight packaging. Above all, Secret Linen’s value for money is justifiable and will probably purchase more items in future.”

“I purchased some bedlinen (duvet cover and pillowslips) in Duck egg linen. Ordering is easy and delivery is timely and well organised with enough communication re delivery date and time. Will be my go to store for future requirements.”

“Very good company to deal with. I was impressed that when I returned the bundle of bed-linen because I didn't like the shade of pink (slightly mauve), there was no hesitation in sending me the same bundle in white as I asked. All done promptly and with good feeling. Well done! I have the bedding on my bed now and it is good. I understand it gets softer each time it is washed and I'm looking forward to that.”

“Beautiful high quality product, brilliant communication throughout the process and what a surprise to revive a beautifully packed mattress topper (which is outstanding!! Forget John Lewis or White company who I would usually go to). I was almost as surprised and delighted with the way the topper was packaged as with the topper itself! Just brilliant, I’ll be shopping here more frequently!”
