“Apart from the how gorgeous their range is and the quality of their linen is fantastic - their customer service is amazing. I was able to speak to someone on the phone she was kind and helpful and it all arrived so quickly. Customer service is so undervalued these days and Molly and Harriet have nailed the personal touch. I have bought from them again and recommended them to anyone who will listen and I know friends and family are now super please with their purchases too. Brilliant company and even more brilliant women xx best Charlotte”

“I bought the cinnamon bed set of pure linen and it’s wonderful. The quality is superb, the sizing generous and the appearance beautiful. The linen is soft and warm on your skin. I loved it so much, I purchased another in French blue. I won’t be buying anything other than these sets in future. Highly recommended.”

“This is my second lot of Secret Linen bed linen. It improves with washing. I even spruced up the older set with a washing machine dye and it really has given it a new lease of life because the natural fibres it dyed so evenly and beautifully.”

“Super easy to use website, great quality and beautiful products and swift delivery. Only niggle is that I’ve bought king size pillowcases in two different styles, one style was really snug and can be a difficult to for the pillow in comfortably the other is so much easier in comparison.”
