“First let me start with the location on huff street. Typical bait you in with a great price then 3 months down the road they they hike your bill up. I won't take that shady ethic so I moved out. The only thing even promising for this site is the 2 people that work there,,I don't hold anything against them they were very pleasant. But they lost who could have been a good client because of the greed. Next comes the location off 2700 Imperial Highway. This site can kiss my a**! I currently lived in Oceanside and was in a bind because my home lease was up and the owner wanted to sell so I decided to move back to Orange County. I had not found a place yet so I decided to just start putting stuff in storage so I could get an early start (I used to do a-lot of reselling of merchandise and still have quite a bit of inventory). Well the yard hours I guess are until 10 PM and on one of the days I ran into some personal issues and though I moved as fast as I could I wasn't going to leave my door open with much of my property still in the hallway and the unit door open. Especially since I live in Oceanside and then be back there at 6 am or whatever time they open to put my things in unit before them or whatever clients could shop through my things before I could get there and put it into the unit. Anyway, I get a message that they no longer want to renew my lease and to vacate in a week. You know sometimes things in life happen that are unavoidable or unforeseeable that you can't predict and if I would have been asked the reason for my 10:15 PM exit any person with half a brain would have been more than understanding of the issue I encountered that caused me to arrive later in the evening to unload my possessions. That's how they want to play then so be it, I'm in the process now of moving my stuff to a Extra Space location, it's strange because these folks at the new location allow me to pay in advance so I can hold my rate for X amount of months and the rate was even cheaper than any rate they could give. Never again will I make the mistake of doing any sort of business with any entity of SecureSpace because like I originally stated, these clowns can kiss my a**!!!!”

“My husband and I visit Secured space storage We had such a wonderful experience with Ofelia and all the staff Crystal also. They were friendly. They were bubbly, very personable. The place is very secure and very pristine clean. We went to see our unit and we love it. The lights stay on they don’t shut off and on they have cameras it’s very secure and we feel that we had such a great experience with secure space storage. The manager Ofelia was such a joy to talk to she told us and showed us our unit how to use the lock and it takes too long to break you can’t break into those locks at all. How nice and friendly and welcome she was so was Crystal, my husband and I feel very comfortable and confident that belongings will be safe and secured. No bugs nothing they clean them very well and on top of everything I think them both love the manager so much because we’ve met her to person very very personable, bubbly professional. We talked to Crystal on the phone and she was very lovely. Haven’t met her yet, but I will , I will write another review as we move into the unit and see how things go but we have full confident units. I seen a lot of units and nothing compared to them. Professionalism and cleanliness is absolutely a plus for us plus the security. Thank you very much Jeannie and Eddie Clark”

“I gave a Google review but I am more than happy to submit another. This is a brand new, clean and beautiful facility. The facility is centrally located in downtown LA, units are reasonably price, and staff are very friendly and professional. I'm an elderly disabled veteran and Shanice went the extra mile to ensure everything was easily accessible for me. Great experience. I look forward to a long relationship with this business.”
