“Kim is great, she is the only reason we went with this place. The price online changed during my reservation process- I didn't care for that; it would say one price then change once I clicked on it. Tried repeatedly.”

“New, clean facility, but the office is unable to efficiently handle the volume of customers. One of the two elevators is already broken and there are only a few office parking spots (which is woefully inadequate for the size of the facility).”

“Unable to complete the lease agreement online due to the website not accepting my identity. Went in person to the facility 2x during business hours & the door was locked with no employees around. Third time finally met up with Rodney who took my driver's license but didn't still complete the transaction or have the lease E-mailed to me as I requested. Ultimately received a call from Janelle about the unsigned lease who completed the transaction & E-mailed me the paperwork.”

“The storage is in a good area and feels safe. I noticed that droppings after months of my belongings being in the storage and they promise pest free areas. Wasn't terrible but it was noticeable as l didn't have much stuff. AC in storage is low so it is hot when loading or unloading your belongings. Staff is friendly when needed. Overall good experience.”

“Never in office during posted hours, don't answer phones, don't return calls for basic information. A basic place to store stuff, but if this is the place under new management can't imagine what it was before. Don't believe $1 move in special, and they wouldn't provide clear information on when and how a customer can get it.”

“While loading my belongings into the unit for the first time, I noticed roaches crawling on neighboring units doors. If the claim is that it’s pest controlled, we shouldn’t be seeing bugs and especially not roaches. Also the sliding automatic doors that are only supposed to open with a passcode, get stuck and don’t always stay closed and secured. With that being said the space was clean as far as I saw (with the exception of bugs), it was definitely temperature controlled and the process of moving in was very easy and simple with being completely online and contact free.”

“I did the reservation and paying for the storage unit online. Once finish a man from the storage office called to confirm and see if I had any questions. I asked when I can move in and he said today the access code is good til 8pm. So I load a friends truck and we go up there and the unit # assigned to me was locked. I had to call the service number twice to get someone out there to unlock the unit. It was not an easy transition.”

“The space itself is nice and clean. However beware of the “month free” promotion listed as I rented and only received 2 weeks free. Also do not pay the extra for “premium” space. I rented on line and opted for the premium space. I am a far walk to the back and when I brought it up they insist it’s premium. It isn’t.”
