“The girls that were working the day I got my unit here we're so helpful. They went above and beyond. (making the customer happy, which in this case would be me). They really took the time to find out which deal was best for me and save me the most amount of money. I really felt like my business was appreciated, and wanted at that location. (Off Division. I can't remember cross street but it's either near gresham or in Gresham). Not only were the employees wonderful. The units were top notch as well. I am currently 6 months pregnant with my first child so this move was very unexpected. and I just couldn't imagine myself having to go to the third floor to move all my stuff. They made sure that I got a bottom unit so that I didn't have to do any extra type of strenuous work trying to overload my cart by getting everything up to the third floor with the least amount of trips as possible. These girls were determined to make sure I got the unit I needed slash wanted on the first floor or ground level. I will be recommending and I will be giving five stars. Also this place was clean spic and span clean. Because of Covid obviously cleanliness was another thing that is very important to me. Knowing that storage is where people store their personal belongings and had it been not clean properly I'm sure the possibility of catching it increases quite a bit. But that did not feel like an issue I am going to have at this storage facility. and I'll just add this one last thing that the girls were wearing their mask correctly the whole time which made me feel even more comfortable.”

“We are pleased with our new storage units. Upon entering the new Secure Space, we were greeted by Rodney, who was pleasant, eager to help and completed our paperwork along with a tour within 20 minutes. The following day we moved into our two units without a hitch.”

“Very clean, new facility with competitive pricing with 2nd month free deal. I love the app on my phone that allows me to open the entry and exit gate. I wish the app also worked for the sliding doors that allow you to the indoor storage area (must use a touch pad, which is not ideal, particularly with COVID). Clean bathroom available on site for customer use. I wish there was trash and recycling on the premises. I did go one night to retrieve items from storage and another customer dumped spoiled chicken in the trash container bathroom, which smelled horribly, so management removed the trash container from the bathroom. Bummer that other customers cannot dispose of items responsibly. Great customer service from both women that I have worked with on site. Be prepared to be charged $14.99 for a flat cylinder lock with 2 keys. I would have preferred to use my own lock but their storage units do not accommodate Master locks or typical locks. The management should consider a buy back program.”

“Upon arrival of this facility, I was welcomed with a warm smile by Cindy the Manager on duty. Her knowledge of the property and the technicalities of renting a storage space was truly reassuring. As we toured the storage building I was able to relax, and be appreciative that the facility and surrounding grounds were very clean. It was a done deal! And couldn't have been any more simple. So far, so good. I am a happy camper thanks to Ms.Cindy”
