“Loading dock door has been broken for at least 7 months. Always an excuse of when and why it is not repaired. Very inconvenient moving things through the normal sized door and some bigger items don't fit. In the mean time, the price was raised $15 per unit. I have 4 units! Thats over $700 extra per year! A partial credit would only be fair for the months of inconvenience.”
