“place was pretty good. good prices and they kept the place pretty clean, even throughout covid. really helped me move from Cali since i exactly have a place of my own yet. only wish it was 24/7, maybe have a trashcan outside each entrance for people to get rid of garbage they don't need anymore. can't complain though, thanks securespace!”

“Never in office during posted hours, don't answer phones, don't return calls for basic information. A basic place to store stuff, but if this is the place under new management can't imagine what it was before. Don't believe $1 move in special, and they wouldn't provide clear information on when and how a customer can get it.”

“When I came here to get a storage here. It was grand opening everything is brand new and fresh. And very modern. The staffs are very friendly and cool the leasing office is very inviting. Unlike all Other storage facilities. I didn’t have to think twice to get a unit here so this is the best storage facilities I ever have Thumb up”

“Horrible Management team at the Spring Valley Office. I had storage there for a year and and I had a family's member get real sick and passed from Covid. I was late 2 months told them what I was dealing with. went to pay when I told them and they added an extra $100.00 auction fee that I dont get back even when I pay my account to date. They didn't tell me about this charge till I went to pay. I would suggest using the storage next to them and not them.”
