“We bought a lovely Richardson Kyu knife block as a gift. It arrived within the expected time and we were kept informed of delivery. They haven't been used yet but the design is beautiful and they look really good quality Sheffield steel knives with a 30 year guarantee. Really pleased and hoping to order a set for ourselves.”

“Very quick, free, well packed & fuss free delivery of 1 x 20" V Sabatier Cooks Knife, 1 x 25" one & 1 x Sharpening Steel to replace tired ones in my V Sabatier 9 piece block set although the 25" is seperate to the block set. The Sharpening Steel is also longer & wider than the original in the block set but to be honest is much better leading me to believe Richardson Sheffield made a smaller one to fit the block which this one still does but just protrudes a bit.”

“Wide range of kitchen equipment at a competitive price. Despite couriers managing to lose my initial order a replacement was sent but that too was lost somewhere in transit. Another replacement was despatched and arrived safely. Third time lucky! That's what I call outstanding service.”
