“What my order arrived the block was split So I emailed them and they are sending me a replacement”

“Shipping was fast, small containers were very well made. The wooden lid of the bread tin was very rough in places, it hadn’t been sanded enough, and the finishing varnish made it very hard for me to finish the bad sanding job. Overall nice quality, just a shame I got the half finished lid.”

“Delivery and timing is perfect, but the actual product is not what I expected unfortunately the knives are OK but it looks like the handle are painted on as apposed to wood grip or something else. Maybe I didn't read discription or maybe I doesn't say but yeah no that impressed at all.”
