I had been struggling with other companies who kept losing cars that were available only to find new ones at higher prices. Harvey at Select found an available car within my budget and it was delivered within weeks. Really great service and followed up to make sure everything was good. Great guy, great company.

After feeling overwhelmed searching car leasing sights, a friend recommended Harvey at Select Car Leasing. From the first contact Harvey was so helpful, informative and professional and helped us to choose our perfect family car. The process from initial contact, to completing all documents, delivery and beyond was seamless. We ordered an in stock car which was delivered in just a few weeks! Thank you select cars. I’ve used Harvey Nota at Select Cars several times now and have always been very happy with the level of care and service I’ve received. Harvey is always extremely helpful, professional and courteous and I would highly recommend him.

Tom Price did a stellar job arranging my wife's BMW X7 lease, and both he and Niall Purdon delivered magnificent service once again for my new car, the BYD Seal. Thank you both, gents! You are amazing people working for an equally amazing company. Honestly, after the flawless service I've received, I can't quite understand the negative reviews.

I recently leased a car through Select Cars and the service has been exceptional from start to finish. David Jones went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for us, checking and double checking every detail to make sure it matched exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process, Select kept us fully updated via their online portal, which made everything easy to follow and completely transparent. After delivery, David even called personally to ensure we were happy with the car and the overall experience. The only minor surprise was that the vehicle was driven approximately 250 miles to reach us rather than transported, which slightly took away from that “brand new, untouched” feeling — but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall, I would highly recommend David and Select Cars. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction have been outstanding.

I purchased my new car from Select leasing and have to say my experience was extremely positive and would no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family. I dealt with Tom Price whose knowledge and level of service was excellent and professional and is a credit to the business. Great job Tom and Select!

Really good experience with Select Car Leasing. Easiest lease I've done. Approved and ordered within a day. Car arrived within the timeframe they gave and was beautiful! Really pleased, will use them again in three years!

They are rubbish at getting details correct. Wrong email address, wrong tel number. After contacting several times, on the day of the delivery, it was still wrong!! Shocking attention to detail. Avoid.

Good prices and customer portal. But get constantly spammed with phone calls, emails and text messages relentlessly. Even if you say something will take one week, they constantly harass you and don’t understand you’re trying to run a business! Very frustrating!

Ordered a Peugeot 2008 way back in February. Still waiting delivery, now nearly end of May! My current car is due MOT on June 1st, was hoping to have Peugeot by then. Just hope it passes, or I am totally without a car!! Very disappointed!

Very difficult to deal with and had to constantly chase and correct mistakes either their system. Use a portal for communication which is just time consuming and annoying, took ages to do a dimple lease, use another company that cares !!

My contact, Steve Dobson, really made sure he looked after me the whole way through my journey, The car was delivered on time, and the old one collected the same morning, so it was a smooth exchange for me, this is my 3rd car through Steve, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Awful company rude staff and never call back. If your cars goes wrong you're on your own despite taking out a maintenance package very stressful can never get through to the right person and they just laugh at you or put the phone down! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Awful customer service. Placed an order a couple of months ago in May & was harassed with phone calls relentlessly every single day about paying for the order and they’d guarantee it’d be done in November (I needed it by January as that’s when my current car runs out of its MOT and it’s not worth renewing). Since then I’ve barely moved on the progression and can’t get a single email back from them even the emails I have requested cancellation.

I have now been waiting for my order since May 2021 and it is now 24th April 2022!!! they keep pushing the order back with the latest update being august 2022 on my delivery. The lack of customer support has been little to nothing and no regard for their customers who are spending a lot of money on long term leases. I have never been so disappointed with such an established company. As a customer I do not feel valued and have not had my complaints taken seriously despite being flexible in selecting another car with a shorter lead time which clearly hasn't helped in the year wait. I have recommended two people who have since had their cars delivered but I did not receive the voucher promised on their website therefore I would not recommend select car leasing to anyone in the future. don't waste your time and go to a company who actually have good customer support-god help if an issue was to arise with your car if this is how they treat new customers

Price match fallacy Absolutely shocked that such a big company (Select Car Leasing) not honouring there price match policy which states “Had a better quote elsewhere?We have a dedicated pricing team working around the clock to make sure you always get the best deals, but if you've found a better price elsewhere and we can’t match it just let us know and we'll be happy to send you Amazon vouchers to the value of £50. I emailed the cheaper quote over and they couldn’t match/beat it..now they want to “wriggle” out of honouring the £50 amazon voucher they state on there website. According to the employee I spoke to today, I have to place an order with Select Car Leasing first and if I find a cheaper quote later elsewhere they would a send voucher out then.I highly doubt this is how there price match policy works as this does not reflect what’s stated on there website either. Will be letting trading standards aware for the false price match policy and other social media platforms.
