“I am writing this review 'before' recieving my car from select leasing. I ordered it four months ago, was assured it would be delivered in late April. That date came and went. I called several times and was just told the car was awaiting arrival in the country. I told them that I would be out of the country from the last week of May to late June and was assured again that it should be with me before then. Eventually I was informed of a potential delivery date - the earliest date suggested was May 28, after I had left the country. So a week ago I chose a delivery date of June 22 as I will be back in the country then to take delivery. No response! Nothing. No delivery date, no confirmation, I have the reg number but the car isn't registered so I cannot insure it. Customer Service is non existent and when I do get to speak to someone, they cannot help but will get someone to call me back, but they never do. Awful experience so far. I have leased several times before but switched to 'Select' mainly due to the great reviews on the website. I feel extremely mislead all round!”
