“I noticed my Brightening Serum changed to yellow color after 2.5 months of use though it said use product within 6 months. I also had it in a room temperature environment.”

“I have been using Shankara products for the past 2 years. Thoroughly satisfied as I am convinced they are genuine and natural. Plus they have the positive energy that goes into every product. While the benefits are many, the only issue is the product's price which I am sure is under review!”

“I ordered my first Shankara product about three months ago and it definitely will not be my last. It's the Hydrating Cleanse for Vata and Pitta. It leaves my skin feeling silky and refreshed.”

“I gave 3 stars because out of 5 items I would probably repurchase 2. Consistency of the Hydrating Cleanser is very smooth. Looks like a milk, feels like a oil. Goes on nicely. Has a strong herbal smell which goes away. However I wasn’t keen of oily film it left after towel dry. I have combo / normal skin and it adds extra oiliness to my T-zone. I also think that the products I am trying to use after doesn’t really absorb well when I use this cleanser. In my opinion Microcrystale Scrub particles is a bit too abrasive for facial skin. Almost feels that face been rubbed with pumice. Therefore have to be very careful and gentle when applying it to the skin. However I do think that it would make a great body scrub since the skin is not so sensitive on legs, arms etc. And for this reason I would repurchase it. Very runny but little goes a long way. I wouldn’t call Fine Line Moisturiser a moisturiser. Consistency is super runny, more like a serum type. Has very strong Middle Eastern smell that lingers for a while. I didn’t like that at all. Not moisturising enough. Anti Age Serum can be hit or miss. For me it’s more of a miss. Absorbs easily, has a slight citrusy smell. I didn’t feel much of the difference whilst using it. Left best for last. Fine Line Face Oil is my favourite product from the set. This is the first oil that actually absorbs leaving nice dewy finish. It has a slight sandalwood smell. I used it after tanning in a sun and it gave my face more needed moisture and glow without leaving it oily. You only need few drops. Less is more with this oil. Will be buying again.”

“I received a sample kit as a gift and fell in love. I ended up purchasing the Hydrating Cleanser and Anti-Age Serum. It makes my skin feel clean and hydrated without doing much work. Plus it all smells amazing! I have the Microcrystal Exfoliater on my wish list for next purchase.”

“I love the fact that it is natural and made in my state, Texas. However I broke out in small bumps when I used some products. I love the oil as I have older skin and it is not greasy yet emollient! So not sure if these products are for my skin but I’m going to give them another chance”

“I ordered the sample pack of the sensitive skin and after using it the first time my face was burning to the point I had to use my regular cleanser and tons of lotion to combat the burning and drying the product caused. I contacted customer service and they told me I used the micro-scrub wrong. you need to add water first which is what I did. They would not help me otherwise so I will never buy from them again.”
