“The products seem to be good but customer support has no follow thru. I have tiredlessly reached out to them, via several emails, phone calls & a message, and a previous survey, for a return authorization number resquest to only receive no reply to rectify the situation. Therefore the company as a whole is untrustworthy to the public.”

“Very poor customer service . I ordered items worth 14,000 INR on 9/25/2024. They sent avmessage with tracking number from bluedart. The tracking number says only order dispatched. Still have not received the order, no updates on tracking number. No response from Shankara's customer service inspite of writing to them. Do not lose your money by ordering here”

“As of right now I’m not happy with the service, I ordered my product 6/7/24 and it’s now 6/30 and still have not received my product. So I’ve requested a refund. Waiting for someone to reply to my email since customer service is not open on the weekend. I would have wanted to try your product. But because of the delay I decided to order a different product.”

“I love your products. However, i have had issues with pumps not functioning and now with the latest order the face scrub lid won't close correctly and it isn't suiting my skin at all.”

“On 8/12 I ordered and received 2 emails that my order is being prepared for shipping. On 8/14 I received two emails saying it was on its way. I checked the tracking number and saw that USPS had received the pre shipping info but we’re awaiting the item. I have received almost daily emails from Shankara trying to get me to make purchases. What I have not gotten as of 8/24, is my order. USPS status still shows “awaiting item.” So I essentially paid to get spammed.”

“I paid $9.99 for the sample try out and it was very disappointing. I understand S&H but for the samples that small like my pinky finger how can I have enough product to test out? When you test out products you need as least 1 week to try out not 1-2 days to see the results”
