I’d bought the mini set mainly for the Kumasi oil. I have super dry skin and I needed hydration.the oil smells great and goes on nicely but within an hour my skin feels dry again. I think I need something more thick and greasy.

Placed order on Dec 28 ordered 2 items only received 1 up to know haven’t received the 2nd one every time I send them Email about it their answer is when it’s shipped we will let you know Iam about to dispute the charges

I received the trial package, and I was disappointed by the size of the containers. I planned to use these on weekend trips, and the containers are so small. Point to be made: I ordered a full size bottle of Timeless Oil and was charged only $4.99 shipping and handling on the full size product. I was charged $9.99 on the small barely there trial size packages. This picture doesn't add up. I am still trying to use the Timeless and the Cleanser, and am not certain that I can continue as my face is not responding very well. I am having breakouts. I have backed off using them for a few days to soothe my face, clear it up and try again.

This review is in hopes of Shankara actually valuing my business. Just received my 2nd order last week of the anti aging serum and the oil. Immediately noticed that the oil has white clumps and lumps in it, emailed them immediately with close up picture. It was clearly a quality problem most likely contamination of the product in production. This is not just a slight difference. They responded promptly but by asking for batch number to investigate and that inconsistency in texture and color is possible. I sent more pictures 3rd day asking them to please send me a return label and to replace this $50 oil, as this clearly not just inconsistencies. I had a few other questions which they answered but seriously the first response should have been to apologize and exchange the product. If you do not trust the customer on this then why should your customers trust your quality? this point I should be sending to the fda for testing. Hoping someone will now take notice and correct the service and I will be happy to update my review.

I ordered 2 products and received only one in the shipment. I tried calling the customer care several times and tried to chat too with no response. I was not pleased with the customer support.

Products decent but customer service needs to be greatly improved before I will order again. A 10% discount is not an incentive to reorder. Too many problems with delayed response to emails and errors in shipping.
