Unfortunately, the stock was delayed and only arrived on Friday, which caused us to deliver your order later than initially promised. Regrettably, we failed to keep you updated about the extended lead time, and for this lack of communication, I deeply apologise.

I completely understand that paying £90.00+VAT for delivery on a smaller order may feel excessive, and I’m sorry if this caused any inconvenience. As we operate from a single warehouse in London, our delivery charges are calculated based on factors such as the distance our drivers travel, fuel, wages, and other operational costs. All our delivery charges are transparently displayed on the website to help customers make informed decisions.
As a wholesaler offering trade and DIY customers competitive prices on materials, larger orders often work out more cost-effective because the delivery cost is spread over a greater quantity. However, for smaller orders, we also offer a collection service, which can help save on delivery fees if that’s an option for you.
