“Very good iv used sheet materials on a number of projects now and can’t fault the quality of the materials received. However the delivery can be painful as there is no option to choose a date for delivery making it hard to expect someone to be in on the day of delivery.”

We completely understand that delivery timing is important, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback. While we don’t currently offer the option to choose a delivery date at checkout, we do have an order notes section where customers can request a preferred delivery day. Our transport team also contacts all customers 24 hours in advance to confirm the delivery schedule. If the suggested day doesn’t work, we’re always happy to rearrange it to a more convenient time.
Because we deliver nationwide from a single warehouse in London, offering fixed delivery date selection would significantly increase costs – something we’re trying to avoid so we can continue offering quality materials at competitive prices. That said, we’re always looking to improve, and your input helps us find better ways to serve our customers.
