“I was disappointed that the top is considerably shorter that the other two Asha tops I have. I'm keeping it but won't purchase any more. I love your organization and hope you won't sacrifice quality like other companies seem to be doing. Thank you.”

“These are American sizes - which should be made clear on the items which are not UK sized and a conversion table would be useful to prevent you from getting a load of returns. I phoned to double-check before ordering as I already own another Sherpa skort. the lady was helpful and promised to give my feedback to the marketing/webmaster department to ensure correct information is displayed. I have given you 4 and not 5 - because I have just checked the website and my feedback about sizing has not materialised on the webpage for this item. why not? The skirt is great - light material so good for summer walking. 45cm length.”

“I would have preferred it if the jumper had raglan sleeves, the seam around the tops of the sleeves does not leave much play for active wear, gardening etc. It is not too small but with muscly arms it is not as versatile as it could have been .”

“While the skort arrived quickly and was of good quality, it was 3 inches shorter than indicated in the description AND compared with identical skorts from Sherpa that I purchased last year. It has been returned.”

“I‘m a little bit disappointed about the fabric. It‘s rather thin and the huptic is not fine. Sample and colour are okay. It‘s easy to launder and need no iron! That‘s it”

“The ordering was easy, the information on shipping not so much. they told me they had shipped, said FedEx was doing the shipping and they would contact me shortly, but gave me no tracking number. FedEx never contacted me, so I had no idea when the pullovers were coming. I had to leave town, and they were on my doorstep when I returned.”

“Nice and warm but as only half is fleece lined, the top half inside is itchy & prickly for me. -could the whole hat be fleece lined inside on future hats ( leave off the bobble ) ?”

“I loved muy first Sherpa sweater about a year ago. Unfortunately i accidently put is thru the wash and dryer. Ordered an exact replacement about a month ago for Christmas. The fit on this one is way different. It is very wide at the waist. I do not like the way it fits. I would like to return it. Is this normal that it widens at the waste. I would like to try another one as I loved my first one but it is like this one has no elaatic at the waste? Rather then the first one which actually fit around the waist. Is there anything I can do”
