“Amazing quality and always fast service. Have ordered multiple visors for my son's through high school and now my son wears them in college and they have never failed us. “Do NOT buy from them. I received the wrong visor & I have emailed them 3 times and they will not email me back. Horrible experience and I won’t do business with them again. I am considering suing this company.”

The customer received the correct item but in the wrong box. So they were confused as to what they had received. They emailed us on our old email sales@shocvisor.com several times and received no reply. It wasn't until we received this negative review that we knew that there was an issue. We moved this email address about 3 years ago to sales@shoc.com, unfortunately, our sever drive filled on shocvisor.com, and the old email address stopped forwarding to the new one. We understand why The Mathis family was frustrated. We have since disabled the old address entirely and reviewed all old shocvisor links to remove them. We communicated with the customer and ensured them they had the correct item. We pride ourselves on fast effective communications of issues and we apologize that a technical error caused this issue to escalate.

“This visor is exactly as advertised. It fits perfectly onto my sons Speedflex helmet. I highly recommend this visor! I must admit I incorrectly installed it the first time, then after reaching out to SHOC. They provided the best customer service to help me get it in right.”

“Fantastic visor! As soon as i opened the package i knew it was quality starting from the packaging all the way to the actual visor. The visor are also very convenient since they dont require a screwdriver! I will be purchasing more from shoc in the future. Thanks again!”
