Here is the Tracking Delivery Confirmation. The customer still claims undelivered. So either the item was stolen or FEDEX lost the delivery. We requested the customer to allow at least an additional day as quite often FedEx will turn up with the package on the following day. We are still waiting for Mr.Roche to reply to us so that we can close out his claim.

“We purchased 2 softball visors for my daughter. Upon arrival there were some defects on the outer surface. After contacting Shoc they sent out replacements same day. Great customer service! They work great as well, my daughter loves them and prefers them over sunglasses now.”
