“I really don't understand the low ratings for this company. I have at least 9 pairs of their shoes. I find the fit very consistent and they are well made. I get tons of compliments on them. I've had no issues with shipping or reliability. I have had no need to speak to customer service so I can't speak to that. But these are very well made shoes.”
“I have already 6 pairs of shoes from Shoe Ambassy, the oldest pair is 4-5 years old. All my pairs are for regular wear and I were every pair a lot. The quality is great!
Where I live there are no physical stores, I only bought online and the great thing is I can be sure that my size always fits.
I returned until now only one pair and it went smoothly.
I must say that I never needed their customer service so I can't say anything about that.
I have to agree with another reviewer here, the prices did get higher with the years, but if you are lucky and patient you can get a reasonable price when they change the collection and have sales.
