“I give the Shoe Horn a very big five star rating. The reason is that I ordered a pair which were actually too big for me online. I'm a 37 and they didn't have 37 or 38 so I wanted them so badly I ordered a 39. A very nice man rang me and said a size 39 had been dispatched & I explained why I ordered the big size. He advised me they will absolutely be too big and that it had been a mistake to order that size. He further advised me to make sure not to wear them but to post them right back and he would refund me. He was 100 per cent right and I posted them and was refunded. A very honourable gesture. So I'll always stick with them. I just ordered a pair of Mary Janes which arrived in two days. Shoe Horn for life!”
