“I purchased boots from The Shoe Horn which unfortunately were too big. There was absolutely no problem at all returning them for a smaller size. I spoke with Nicola regarding the exchange and I received my new boots within days. Great communication and customer service. I can’t recommend this shop enough. I will definitely buy from here again.”
