“Excellent service as usual. I ordered shoes for my mother. They arrived within 2 days , unfortunately a little too tight. A quick phone call later and staff had set aside a bigger pair . The free return process was very easy and the replacement pair arrived within a couple of days. Thanks again”

“The Shoehorn is a gem of a shoe shop, with friendly, enthusiastic staff and a creative range of footwear. My wonderful, colourful boots arrived 24 hours after I had ordered them, with no charge for postage. I send greetings for Christmas, and my New Year's resolution is to cross this vast city to shop there in person. CGK.”

“Shoe Horn company fine. Quality of Josef Siebler footwear has deteriorated Leather not good quality at all from what it was. Did love Siebler footwear; but sadly not now: such a pity. I think it is,the quality of leather they are using.”
