“I purchased shoes & they were a little too big, I rang & the lady advised that they had a smaller size in stock & she would hold them for me. I was able to return the 1st pair from the local po free of charge & 4 days later the 2nd pair arrived . Service is excellent & shoes were beautiful & very reasonable price”

“I bought a pair of Josef Seibel sandals from Shoe Horn. This is the 2nd pair of sandals I've bought from them as I find it difficult to get that brand in shoe shops. The service is superb. I'm delighted with the sandals and I couldn't ask for more.”

“The Shoe Horn is now officially my favourite shoe shop! I ordered a pair of sandals online and when they were delivered, I wasn't 100% sure the size was right. As I don't live too far from the shop I called them and asked if I could exchange shoes ordered online in the physical shop. No problem, they had a size up in store and put it aside for me. When I arrived I got the best service. I ended up keeping the ones I had and I bought a pair in a different style as well. Friendly chat, great advice and such a wide selection of shoes.”

“I love shoehorn and regularly order shoes, trainers, sandals and all delivered promptly. If I need to change that's no problem as I have gotten speedy refunds. My only issue - not them but shoemakers is the availability of laces. I recently got navy gabor trainers but can't get navy laces ?? Only white? Please please get a selection of nice laces. Thanks to all shoehorn wonderful staff. Gráinne”
