“The level of service from the staff at Shoe Horn was excellent and underpinned the benefits of shopping from an independent online Irish retail. My purchase was promptly delivered but I needed a larger size. I rang them, they checked if the larger size was in stock, it was, they kept for me until my purchase was returned and could be exchanged. The person I spoke to was pleaseant and helpful making the shopping experience easy and straightforward rather than the hassle sometimes encountered when dealing with large anonymous retail platforms.”
