“I had to return my shoes as the colour was not suitable & I phoned the shoe horn to see if they had any other suitable sandals. The lady that I spoke to was so helpful & emailed me a link to another pair that was in stock unfortunately they did nt work with my dress either. I had to return the sandals & I used the an post free collection option which is so convenient & a service I was not aware of which is available to Shoe Horn customers”

“I have bought 3 pairs of sandles in very recent times, each time I dealt with Nicola. I must say Nicola was very supportive, kind helpful and if a cheerful manner in fact her manner is impeccable.
