I recently ordered a pair of DM (Adelaide) Henrietta Oxford shoes direct from DM's own website in their clearance sales - but they are only offering the Oxblood version in the sales. In fact the only other colour you can get direct from them (albeit full RRP price of £100/pair) are the Black ones. Through my online browsing, I found Shoes International (SI) and they're offering the DMs at £15 cheaper than full RRP! Plus they're offering the shoes in their original range of three colours (Oxblood, Black and Oak)! Because I am madly in love with the shoes, I ordered two pairs in the colour I don't already own. Having said that, I was fully prepared for SI to come back to me and say "sorry the manufacturer has stopped the Oak version, would you like to cancel it or order a different colour" etc etc etc... I put in my order on a Friday 5 August, by Monday 8 August I received an email telling me to expect delivery in 14 working days. Then yesterday Tuesday 23 August, I got an email telling me they've shipped my shoes and by 15:50 Wednesday 24 August I received delivery of both shoes!!! I am totally over the moon with the service... just BRILLIANT! I mean I have had no need to contact and communicate with them direct, but from reading all reviews I can imagine they'd be super efficient and super helpful! I would definitely be using SI again in the future and will honestly, "from bottom of my heart" kind, be recommending them to friends! Well done guys and keep up the good service! I love the personalised message in the box too! Note: (a) Chaps... despite the shoes being marketed for ladies... don't be scared, they're not too feminine and the heels are only about 1.5"! (b) If you are in between sizes (and have wide-ish feet) you ought to round it up to the next size up. In fact I originally ordered size UK6.5 when I ordered direct from DM but had to return it and re-ordered size UK7, because the shoes are a bit narrow. All in all, if you love the look of the shoes... go for it! I thoroughly recommend them and definitely recommend Shoes International!!!

“Boots arrived with left and right being different width fittings. However this was soon put right and the return postage refunded. Very happy with my purchase now.”

“Ordered a pair of Grisport Dartmoor walking shoes from Shoes International on 10th February. The price was very competitive. The goods were well-packaged and arrived within 10 days. The quality of the shoes was lower that I'd come to expect from Grisport, with padding missing from the heel on the left shoe. As I needed the shoes for immediate use, I didn't return them, but instead compensated by adding my own padding.”

We could have reimbursed you for the extra padding or sent you a pair of memory foam insoles. Please don't think our customer service ends when the footwear is delivered. “I've been buying these boots for many years now from various suppliers and its always a lottery whether you get the right size sent to you. Shoes International were very quick to correct the issue and got the right size to me without any fuss.”

“Shoes when finally arrived were great just what I ordered, boxed (some don't send them in boxes) and the cheapest I found- and I searched a lot. Only downside is after waiting a while for the delivery I realised after looking at the tracking service, that they had not been dispatched as they were placed as out of stock, which I would have liked to have known when ordering. But once they were back in they were sent and I was sent communications all the way. Apart from that excellent thank you”

“Top 5 ! Good service, nothing to say against and especially w/international delivery with its complications. Continue like this and i will remain a trusty client !! One more request: since i'm not in London or UK, I'm desperately searching & looking for a pair of "LOAKE 1880 Range Badminton Dark brown" size 5.5. “Purchased a pair of PANAMA JACK. The service was good and the CS updated me constantly. The shoes also arrived in time. But I cannot give a very good this time because the color of the shoes was not what I ordered. The shoes were delivered by the manufacturer, so it was not the fault of SI. Since I am not in UK, just took them without exchange.”

Dear Customer Thank you for leaving your review - and for giving us 4 stars despite the problems you experienced. It would be very helpful to us if you could advise which colour you were sent - this should be labelled on the box and in the shoes. We only offer black, brown and bark (light brown) in this shoe. Are you able to tell us what it says on the inside of your shoes and on the box? Occasionally manufacturers will put the wrong colour shoe in box labelled with another colour - but we should have noticed this at the time of despatch. Please be aware that we offer free returns for our mistakes - on the rare occasion that we make them - so it will not cost you anything to return them and exchange them for a new pair assuming that they remain unworn.
