I recently ordered a pair of DM (Adelaide) Henrietta Oxford shoes direct from DM's own website in their clearance sales - but they are only offering the Oxblood version in the sales. In fact the only other colour you can get direct from them (albeit full RRP price of £100/pair) are the Black ones. Through my online browsing, I found Shoes International (SI) and they're offering the DMs at £15 cheaper than full RRP! Plus they're offering the shoes in their original range of three colours (Oxblood, Black and Oak)! Because I am madly in love with the shoes, I ordered two pairs in the colour I don't already own. Having said that, I was fully prepared for SI to come back to me and say "sorry the manufacturer has stopped the Oak version, would you like to cancel it or order a different colour" etc etc etc... I put in my order on a Friday 5 August, by Monday 8 August I received an email telling me to expect delivery in 14 working days. Then yesterday Tuesday 23 August, I got an email telling me they've shipped my shoes and by 15:50 Wednesday 24 August I received delivery of both shoes!!! I am totally over the moon with the service... just BRILLIANT! I mean I have had no need to contact and communicate with them direct, but from reading all reviews I can imagine they'd be super efficient and super helpful! I would definitely be using SI again in the future and will honestly, "from bottom of my heart" kind, be recommending them to friends! Well done guys and keep up the good service! I love the personalised message in the box too! Note: (a) Chaps... despite the shoes being marketed for ladies... don't be scared, they're not too feminine and the heels are only about 1.5"! (b) If you are in between sizes (and have wide-ish feet) you ought to round it up to the next size up. In fact I originally ordered size UK6.5 when I ordered direct from DM but had to return it and re-ordered size UK7, because the shoes are a bit narrow. All in all, if you love the look of the shoes... go for it! I thoroughly recommend them and definitely recommend Shoes International!!!

“Just one drawback. When my first payment via Paypal did not go through there was no email or communication to me to say that it was unsuccessful? It was only when I contacted you to find out where my order was up to that I was told there was a problem.”

Some orders which fail due to a problem with communications between our site and PayPal do not send us a email to inform us of a problem. This is not ideal and is something we will take up with our developers. However - we always response to orders with a manual/ non automated email within one working day - so if you do not receive this please contact us because there may be a problem. “First class helpful service-My first selection arrived and the Style and cut of the shoe were not for my foot so I selected another Pair and returned the 1st Pair. All this was achieved with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of curtsy-result perfect shoes!”

Dear Mr Kirkham We are very sorry about your order and we share your frustration. We were initially told by our supplier that we could obtain your boot and we should have been able to deliver it to you within 6 to 8 working days as originally promised. Unfortunately, as we emailed you to advise yesterday, we were later told that the item would not be available for another 2-3 weeks. This was due to a mistake at the factory in Italy, We of course understand if you wish to cancel but less we hear from you otherwise we will keep the order and keep you updated as soon as we hear from Grisport. “Wanted Tmberlands in certain colour and size, unfortunately my size wasn't available, so I contacted S I to see if my size would be coming in, and they were brilliant, ordered my size from Timberland, then contacted me to say they were in and to go ahead and order online. Boots arrived, absolutely perfect and a £45.00 saving. I certainly recommend Shoes International, and will no doubt buy from them again.”

“when I placed my order, I was quickly informed there would be a delay with one pair of shoes and offered the chance to terminate the order. I decided to wait and the other pair came on time. No problems at all. So, so far so good.”

“Purchased a pair of PANAMA JACK. The service was good and the CS updated me constantly. The shoes also arrived in time. But I cannot give a very good this time because the color of the shoes was not what I ordered. The shoes were delivered by the manufacturer, so it was not the fault of SI. Since I am not in UK, just took them without exchange.”

It would be very helpful to us if you could advise which colour you were sent - this should be labelled on the box and in the shoes. We only offer black, brown and bark (light brown) in this shoe. Are you able to tell us what it says on the inside of your shoes and on the box? Occasionally manufacturers will put the wrong colour shoe in box labelled with another colour - but we should have noticed this at the time of despatch. Please be aware that we offer free returns for our mistakes - on the rare occasion that we make them - so it will not cost you anything to return them and exchange them for a new pair assuming that they remain unworn.
