“We looked around for the shoes we wanted and found the best price at Shoes International. We had a few difficulties ordering online but we rang and spoke to someone who said he would sort it out and he and a colleague did. Shoes International were unable to provide all of our order at the same time. It would have been helpful if they had advised us of that fact as they were all intended to be presents. However, we were only charged for the items supplied at the time of supply. It was generally a positive experience.”

“Satisfied with your management of purchase, however delivery was extremely poor. Package was delivered to wrong unit (I was actually home at time) and the note was put on their door which sat there for 3 days. Then it was put under my door. I rang company to make a time for delivery a week later, then they arrived with it 2 days early!!! A coincidence I was home at the time. .”

“Very good service but there was some confusion having ordered 2 pairs and they came separately and speaking to different people they didn't seem to know what was going on. That's why I haven't given 5 star.”

This enables us to offer the shoes that are sometimes difficult to find on the High Street We are please that we could help, hopefuly we will hear from you again. “The shoes took over three weeks to arrive and I was only advised of this after I had placed the order but was offered the chance to cancel. As it happened I was in no rush for the summer shoes so I proceeded with the order. The shoes arrived as promised and am extremely pleased with them.”

“A competitive price backed up with good service. Just unfortunate that the website doesn't say which shoes are in stock and which have to be ordered from the manufacturer, which can take a number of weeks to arrive.”
