“I love Shoon. They make it so easy to buy and return when necessary; the delivery service is very fast; packaging is minimal yet adequate and the quality of their products I have always found to be excellent. Regular sales also provide the chance for some terrific bargains. Couldn't ask for more.”

“This was my first order from Shoon and after ringing to check width sizes the young man that I spoke to suggested that I order all of the ones that I was considering and return the ones that I didn't want. So that's what I did and am very pleased with the quality of the leather and even the packaging made them feel special. I was torn between a boot and a shoe and my husband suggested that I bought one and he paid for the other. The following day a friend called around and I showed her the two pair that I was going to send back and she was so impressed that she bought a pair from me and took Shoon's details, so I only had to return one pair that fit neither of us. Printing off the return label and returning the shoes was made easy with your site and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more shoes from Soon.”

“The Shoon website was very easy to navigate & in stock items were easy to find. Once my order was placed, I was kept up to date with confirmation & despatch times. An email was sent when items were despatched & a text informed me exactly when they would be arriving-very useful! Items were well packaged & arrived quickly. An impressive service-many thanks!”

“Great service from Shoon, delivery and email updates. I am glad I chose the 5.5 in the Strive shoe, they fit perfect, I am usually between a 5 and 5.5. It's great to wear a shoe which I do not need to put in my insoles which are from the Podiatrist, they have the support in the right places for my feet.”
