“Boxes arrived in poor state as no outer protection, just tightly wrapped in thin black plastic like a bin liner (not eco friendly) Would be much happier to purchase from here if returns were free, and any acknowledgement such as an email when an item is returned would be appreciated as had to chase.”

“Good that delivery is free over £50 but the lead time is a bit long. Had to chase my order with customer services and they speeded things. It took a full 5 days after placing the order to receive delivery. Delighted with the product once received.”

“Great service from the customer service once I managed to phone them. The email was not working, so I had to phone. The call back service was very good and the lady who served me was polite and sorted my enquiry. I am delighted with the boots I received.”

“I have relied on Shoon for years for out-of-the ordinary, wearable shoes at reasonable prices. Recently there have been some problems with their dispatching. Twice I have had to phone and email them. The most recent instance turned out more satisfactorily than the first--although my money was eventually refunded that time--and I received my order by next day delivery, after phone calls and an email to customer services. I hope these problems are worked out because I would not want to eliminate Shoon as a source of shoes I like.”

“Really love the shoes, I'd been looking for something similar for a long time. I spotted them in your Bath store but unfortunately they did not have my size so I ordered them on-line (not something I tend to do with shoes) . The website was simple and my order arrived very promptly. The shoes are very comfortable and good value for the money, especially as they are leather lined.”
