“Great range of brands of quality shoes, ordering process was straightforward and order, on standard delivery, came within a reasonable time and was well packed. I was kept informed of my order's progress. Five stars if Shoon had given me free delivery as when spending £150, I would expect that. Many other companies give free delivery for spending less. I know returns are free but if you are happy with the product and keep it, that is not a bonus.”

“Bought Khrio Aliya sandals in sale, so very good value. Slightly too wide, even though I have wide feet, so many would find these sandals too wide. Otherwise a worthwhile purchase.”

“Early last summer, I bought a pair of shoes in their shop which I wore again and again and again. Just as they are starting to wear out, Shoon informed me they had them in stock as part of their sale - perfect to buy a replacement for next summer.”

“Perhaps bemused would be a better term. I ordered a pair of 7s as no half sizes were on offer, only to be supplied with a pair of 6.5s. I can wear either size, so it doesn't matter, but it seems an odd way to proceed.”

“Although there was a colour difference in the first pair of shoes I was sent,despite an accompanying note saying that they had been checked.The Customer services were very helpful and I was sent a replacement pair which I am very happy with. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Shoon in the future.”

“Good service, lovely shoes EXCEPT needed hammer when got home as in several places the leather was not stitched down and my feet were red and sore after a few minutes wearing./ Did not notice in shop as did nopt walk "properly" but once home imp[ossible to wear until quite a lot of hammering down!!”

“Sandal were as described but left one was a much looser fit and seemed a bit bigger. But the lady on the phone very helpful when I explained and said she we reserve another pair for me ,on the return of the ones I got”

“The online shop made me very happy, especially finding the £10 off Easter surprise, after a very grumpy salesman in the shop who wasn't very keen in assisting me on finding size 8 shoes. He didn't even point me to the website. Despite that I found my way there and found the exact pair of shoes I was missing in my life.”

“The sizing seems to be funny. The shoes are too big, but I have been told sizing has changed. I don't know. As a new Shoon customer this was disappointing, but now I know. This is how internet shopping works, so once you have found your fit you will become a loyal customer.”
