“Devastated that you closed your Reading shop and I had to go online though online experience good. Not able to try before buying. Always used to get shoes from Shoon probably will go elsewhere now so can try on different styles.”

“unfortunately I have to send my boots back to Shoon as they are too tight and leather is hard for my poor feet. I am not happy that you have to print off the label to send them back as I do not have a printer and will have to ask someone to do for me. I have purchased from you before and did not have this problem. Lots of older people do not have printers”

“I only gave it a 4 star as the boos that we ordered came in the right size however we have a pair of boots size 4 exactly the same and both new pairs didn't fit. Also on return the items it was easy to set up print out but having one order reference number for 2 items in two boxes became a bit of a headache at the post office.”

“I recently bought a pair of boots from Shoon - I saw them on sale in one of the shops but the size I needed was not available. A helpful assistant phoned at least two other stores to see if she could obtain a pair for me but without success. However, I was able to order the correct size online and the boots arrived within a couple of days, I am very pleased with them.”

“Bought these for my wife as a birthday gift, she's very pleased with the boots, however she was disappointed that the box that they came in was crumpled somewhat as she would like to store these boots in the box when not wearing them.”

“Smart looking trainer at a very good price in the sale, not sure I'd have paid the full price for them. I purchased them for walking in for when the better weather kicks in. I've been wearing them around the house to get used to the high instep support, hopefully they will give me the support when walking. Stylish, good colour, grey with pink trim, may change the laces as they are quite thick.”

“I bought some boots online which I was disappointed with. I think they were a bit of a "second" as the leather was very creased and they were way to narrow, in the calf even for a skinny person! I was initially quite annoyed but I took them back to the shop in Salisbury and they couldn't have been more helpful and polite. They refunded me in full for the boots and the delivery without question and were very apologetic. Whilst I was there I found another very nice pair of boots which I purchased and so I left a happy customer. Well done Shoon, a good example of how customer service should be done.”

“I recently ordered some boots in your sale. They were lovely. However despite a full side zip I could not get my foot in at all. This is more my fault than yours because the main reason is I have very high insteps and your boots arent the only make which gives me a problem. I like the designs of your boots and will keep on trying because who knows I may strike lucky one day. On the whole your shoes are ok.”
