Order fulfilled by Moda in pelle with no mention of Shoon on delivery note. No indication that the Two companies are linked. Due to poor fit, shoes needed to be returned - but to Moda in Pelle. Too confusing. My contract to purchase was with Shoon yet credit card payment taken by Moda.

Never had confirmation of purchase. Never had confirmation of custom service acknowledgement when questioning delivery of purchase. Did receive an email to confirm one item would not be dispatched- obvious why but no explanation given! I liked my boots though - when they arrived!

Found website rather slow. Had to ring up twice to find out what had happened to the shoes. Discovered they had been 'lost'. Still uncertain where and by whom. Was sent another pair. Girls helpful when I rang. Do feel your shoes are expensive. Not sure I would use you again.

ORDERED 2 PAIRS,AND PAID FOR 2 PAIRS,ONLY TO BE TOLD A FEW DAYS LATER THAT 1 PAIR WOULD NOT BE SENT OUT AS IT WAS DAMAGED. RECEIVED THAT REFUND . SENT THE OTHER PAIR BACK,STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND!

Well I ordered a pair of size 42 shoes The box, when it arrived said size 42 but the actual shoes inside were 41 and would not fit Sadly you now don’t have any 42’s left in stock. I await a refund! Peter Smith

The boots are fine but found in rain some colour does come off inside boot.

Unfortunately i had to return both my boots and sandals as they were too small. I am normally a size 4 but i guess the brand came up a bit small. Shame they did not come in 1/2 sizes. Quality of both were perfectly acceptable.

Love Shoon shoes, but terrible on line delivery experience. They need to change the company they use for deliveries to one that is more user-friendly for people who work full-time. It was really hard to get the shoes delivered to me

The boots arrived within the time given. Unfortunately they were too narrow in the foot. I was able to return them to my local Shoon store for an immediate refund.

Lovely sandals but unfortunately there is a very big gap for the toes. Too big for me. Perhaps I should have ordered a smaller size. Will have to return.

Ordering line was fine. Delivery took a while although free. Unfortunately the sandals are secured by Velcro and the Velcro is not long enough. I think if my feet swell during the summer and I let the shoes out around my ankle there won't be enough to keep them fastened so I will be returning them.

I ordered some boots as I cud see the price online differed from the store price. But I was not aware that the prices shown on website do not include vat. It must be written somewhere but I didn't notice it and was annoyed that by the time i had gone through to checkout the boots had gone up by £7 as vat was added. I think it's misleading to advertise the prices without vat. Gives you the impression they r cheaper I ordered size 6 as I am a 5.5 and there wasn't a 5.5 available but when they arrived they were far too small. So all in all not a good experience

Dear Liz Thank you for your enquiry. All prices include VAT. At the checkout that VAT amount is displayed. At the time you placed your order we were running an extra 20% off promotion, prices in store were marked down at the till however online the price included the promotional discount. Quite happy with product and service, however when purchasing gifts online and it's shipped with branding all over spoils the surprise. Kind regards Shoon Customer Service 1) Not a lot of use now is it?, Why not just take the feedback for review and consider if you need to change the way you do things. 2) Why engage with me from a "Do Not Reply" e-mail. 3) Thanks for the information you provided, where is this information at point of order?, could you not provide a tick box for customers to indicate if they would lie it "gift packaging"? (again take it as feedback, I don't need or want a response)

Great products and excellent customer service response .Pity that the person who addressed the parcel did not address it fully and correctly which meant I have just received the shoes ordered on the 9th. Today being 28th.Because Shoon don't ship internationally apart from EU. Shoes had to be sent to a shipping centre and the incorrect address meant a huge delay.Buying from House of Fraser who do ship internationally means shoes arrive within 10 days and addressed correctly to NZ with no hassles.

The order took over a week to arrive as the shoes weren't actually in stock, though that wasn't the impression when ordering. The shoes were really nice but unfortunately I had to send them back as they were too small. It would have been helpful if I'd know they were small fitting for the sizes. Returning was a pain as my printer was broken and you needed to print the returns label so I had to go to the library to print out a label. Would be easier if you could just write out your own like you do for Boden and others. All in all not a great experience.
