“I enjoy the style videos and the breadth and quality of their products very much. What makes this a 3 Star review is their website buying experience. During an order for socks, I wasn’t able to add any more than four pair to my cart. I’d click the add button, but nothing would happen (and yes, they were marked available). I switched from Safari, to Chrome, and to Edge with the same result. Logging on from a Windows PC the next day, I was able to add one more pair to my order, but only one more before I got the previous “loop” result. Customer Service “chat” is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. But, fix your website, it’s awful. I highly recommend their pocket squares and I’m sure their socks are great (I haven’t received my order yet). By all means, give them a try, if you’re able to add anything to your cart.”

“Overall, I am quite impressed by the array of products available on the site ranging from ties and pocket squares to collar clips (which are hard to find and fairly priced here!) and shoehorns. My only critique (which isn't much, but held me back from making a purchase for quite a while) is there doesn't seem to be enough deals during typical "sale periods". Now, again this isn't much of a critique, but sales (even minor ones) have helped me "try out" a company's products before making even more purchases there. I think having a few more sales and promotions (such as markdowns on a backstock of a particular product) here and there might help with increasing traffic on the site and get more people to purchase items that may be unfamiliar with the company, but are interested in experimenting here and there.”
