Ordered the edelweiss boutonniere from Fort Belvedere. Very nicely made, looks extremely well. I was surprised when it arrived in a well crafted box, even that appeals to my meticulous nature. Will definitely be ordering more products from the Gentlemans gazette.

I am a big fan of your work over all platforms. Fort Belvedere products are top-notch. I ordered Peccary Gloves Cashmere Lined Waterproof in Chamois Yellow Fort Belvedere and couldn't be happier. Most impressive of all is your customer service. At first, I ordered a size 10 but after trying them they felt a bit big. I've contacted your customer service and Suzana was very helpful, kind, and professional offering to exchange them for size 9.5. Thank you very much, and can't wait to order some beautiful socks and pocket squares from Fort Belvedere. Kind regards, Ned

Excellent gloves and spectacular service. The gloves came in a beautiful green box and I was elated when I saw and felt them for the first time. The denim blue is gorgeous and the periwinkle peeking at the fingers where sublime. The green quirks look great with this color combination and work as advertised. The fir is perfect at 8 inches and it fits like, well, an excellent glove should. The Napa leather is soft and the cashmere lining is luxurious and molds to one's hand very well, considering it's a lined leather glove. Alas, my horror when I found a small tear on the right-hand glove. I contacted them and was worried about the order. To my surprise, Alex contacted me the next day and I explained the situation to her with pictures to collaborate while we were in correspondence. She put all my worries to rest and expedited an exchange immediately and told me to keep the pair I was sent. I was astounded by the service and promptness of action and was assured that this was the service afforded when corresponding with them. I am truly amazed and thankful for the product developed that comes with such excellent customer care and professional understanding. Truly magnificent, and thanks again, Alex. On top of all, these beautiful, and touchscreen functional gloves are the best I've ever owned. Will certainly be doing much future business with such an excellent team.

My credit card got charge for 2 pairs of socks. The amount of 80.00. As of 12/20/22 I still only receive 1 pair. Don’t understand why my card was charge if I dedidnt receive second pair

Incredibly poor service. Ordered a Diamond bow tie on 12/4/2022, but instead, they made a mistake and sent me the incorrect traditional butterfly bow tie on 12/12/2022. I contacted customer service immediately to point out the mistake and that I had an event on 12/25/2022. Customer service said there was a discrepancy and would send out the correct bow tie and update me with the new tracking number. A week passed and no updates. I send a follow-up email and no reply. I then call their support line and they tell me, " oh, I remember this support ticket. We have to make a new order to send out the correct bow tie. It should be sent out in about 2 days." Seriously? Sounds like if I didn't call this mistake would not get resolved as promised or take an extraordinarily long time. I then asked, "will I receive the bow tie before my event on 12/25?" They tell me, "no, I can't guarantee delivery by 12/25 for your event. You should find a back-up. " No option for express delivery to fix the mistake they made. I now have to order a diamond bow tie from another online retailer. Fortunately, the other retailer can guarantee delivery by the end of the week before 12/25. Absolutely, terrible customer service. Customer service didn't care they made a mistake and weren't active in trying to resolve the issue promptly knowing the customer has an event coming up. Resending out the correct bow tie should not require the customer to follow up several times and take over a week to fulfill. On top of that, not offering an express shipping option to at least try and get me my bow tie by my event date is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive item. I would recommend looking elsewhere for high quality formal accessories. There are plenty of other retailers that provide the same quality of bow ties that deliver superior service to Gentleman's Gazette.

David, I am sorry to hear about the poor experience that you received throughout the buying and exchange process. Rest assured that it is not lost on us. I personally will give you a call later today to discuss this. We value you as a customer, and should have taken your deadline regarding your event more seriously. I reviewed the purchasing and customer service timeline myself and there is no reason why we should not have been able to get you your correct bow tie in a quick manner. We dropped the ball, and for that I sincerely apologize. You should never have had to reach out multiple times. We should have been on top of things and made the experience as quick and painless for you as possible, and we did not. I will make sure this gets resolved. The customer service was impeccable. The personnel was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. I stumbled upon the YouTube channel about 3 yes now and was an instant subscriber. They’ve really helped my dress ups, and pointed out where I could be better with my assembles. For instance, I had pre-knotted bow ties all my life until now. Lol

These gloves are of excellent quality which is as expected for products purchased from Fort Belvedere. Very comfortable since the sizing is closer to actual size instead of just medium and large. They are beautiful and immediately enhance whatever you're wearing when you go out. I will be purchasing a leather pair next.

I purchased a single end bow tie. The quality of the merchandise is excellent. However, I believe that i ordered the wrong length as I didn’t have adequate tie to wrap it securely under the collar.

Everything went smoothly. I did receive a notification that my order my delayed but ended up receiving my order on time anyways. Bit weird, but happy to have received my order without any hitches

I order three socks and it was delivered fast. Even though I received two socks, I call costumer service and they respond fast. The person of costumer service was friendly and attentive. The website was easy to navigate. The socks are high quality.
