Hi Mary - I'm really sorry about this. I see that your order is still Pending and was never shipped due to an error on our end. I am going to refund your order in full right now and get you a complimentary bottle for the trouble we caused you. Again, I'm very sorry about this. We recently switched to a new order fulfillment system, and unfortunately this order was lost in the shuffle during transition. I will do my best to make it up to you!

“Quicker and easier to order this and get it right away by using Amazon! Product is excellent for help getting rid of leg cramping at night, so will continue to use it. This was a first time order, and I wanted to get it ASAP, so found it on Amazon after I ordered directly from Salt Wrap, and let both orders stand,....although the Amazon order arrived next day, I am informed that ordering in quantity is better direct from company with discounts, so will plan accordingly next time and get the discount for going direct. Thanks to customer service for reaching out to make sure I was happy!! 5 stars!!!”

We understand. Amazon does ship quickly with Prime! However, you can save 10-20% when you order 3 or more bottles at a time from us (and get free shipping). Look for the "stock up and save" indicator on the top of each product page in the SaltWrap store. It looks like your previous order was delivered in 5 business days using the Free Standard shipping option. If you are able to support our business by buying direct, we do appreciate it. (Amazon gets 15% of all sales :/ ).

“Now on my second bottle of MAG R&R Muscle Recovery & Sleep Support. Have not experienced leg cramps since starting these capsules and appreciate the sleeping aid qualities as well, so I would say they are effective. I was experiencing almost nightly leg cramps prior to starting this product.”

“My husband was having nightly cramps. Everything from minor aching cramps from stretching out to major wake up screaming spasms. Since taking Salt Wrap's Mag R&R Muscle Recovery & Sleep Support, he has been able to sleep through the night without waking up to muscle cramps. He has been having better days on his feet as well. “I absolutely love the Mag R&R! I used to have severe leg cramps every night that would wake me up and my legs would even be sore the next day where the cramps were. I started taking the Mag R&R and it I am NOT exaggerating, I had mild leg cramping the first night but from the second night on had no more cramps! I am so happy that I found this product!”

Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“I started this program few weeks ago... following it closely. 2 meals/day, no snacking, meals 1230-730pm. Light Carbs only at eve meal. I exercise regularly. I don’t feel hungry nor do I crave foods. Absolutely NO gluten foods. I feel good, but have not lost any weight.”

“I ordered and had sent to a friend that has bad full leg cramps pretty much every night. She is 78 years old and has been having these cramps for years. She has tried everything but the only thing that ever seemed to work was quinine however you can't get now. She started taking 2 then 3 but got diarrhea. I told her to keep taking but don't take 3. She is still having cramps but hoping they will stop. Any suggestions? Her name is Irene and number 936-687-2817. Thanks!”

“Is ok only. I experienced cramp even after I take it, but maybe I was new and body not yet accustomed to it. Must sketch before bed time to avoid painful cramp plus take at least 2 or 3 to get affective results.”
