Hi Paula - I'm sorry to hear this! The ebook is available for download on the checkout confirmation page. Also, we emailed instructions on how to access the program on September 15 (the day you purchase the program). I see there is an existing customer service email thread. I will follow up on that and make sure this gets resolved for you.

“I tried doses of one, two, and three capsules, and found a comfort level at two doses at night. I have not had recurring night time leg cramps since starting a week or so ago. I have noticed no side effects. I discussed the product with my Chiropractor, and he advised me that the ingredients looked good, and the product appeared to be worth a try. So far, so good.”
