“After about 3 days of use it appears that the Mag R&R reduced my calf cramps in the early morning waking me up around 4 in the morning. I ordered the Mag 3d and take one before I got out and work and maybe another when I come in before I go out again and they have gotten rid of my heavy leg felling I get when on my feet, especially on concrete after 15 minutes of standing or about an hour walkin in a store!”

“I am still on the sill about this product.. I have gone from one capsule to two a night and still getting cramps by six am.. afraid to go three because I feel drugged when I wake at night.. it has helped with the cramps.. down from 12 to 2 per night but not sleeping well at all!! Mag R&R has made a difference just not perfect!! I must say SaltWrap contacted me after this review, refunded my money told me to keep the rest of the order and drop to one capsule at night and see if over a long period of time it starts to help.. so that’s the plan .. really appreciate the company standing behind their stated policy.. great customer service. If it does work at a low dose over a long period of time I will order again.. I tried three caps for two nights didn’t work any better.. thank you again and I’m glad there is a product out there that works for so many..just wish it would work for me.”

“Their Love it or Leave It guarantee is something this company backs up 100 percent. I did not get any relief after three weeks of taking it at the maximum dose. However they suggest taking one dose per day until gone so I’m going to give it another try even though they are refunding me. I may have an update review after the bottle is finished! Everyone is different so for some this may work right away and for some like me it may take time.”

“I tried the Mag R & R muscle recovery & sleep support. I biked 2 days in a row: extreme heat and humidity and then suffered hamstring nocturnal cramps in both legs. several leagues worse than a Charley Horse calf cramp. I also took OTC MG glycinate and have not had another horrible hamstring cramp. I can't swallow horse capsules so i flavor them with cardamom, cinnamon and a bit of dark cocoa hot chocolate powder. I emailed Saltwrap about my need for a chewable alternative. Surprisingly, they refunded my entire purchase price. Clearly, this is a caring business concerned with ethics and customers. I did not request a refund. This is in my opinion an honest conscientious business. I truly hope they create an alternate chewable formulation. I will buy it. I did need 3 capsules each night even though I weigh 137 lbs.”
