“These pills are amazing. They stopped my husband's restless leg and let him enjoy a restful sleep at night. Before MAG R&R he was up several times a night walking off leg cramps. We've order our second round of 3 bottles and will continue to ordering the future!”

“I've been having muscle recovery issues with my legs from my HVAC business workings. Tried 'drugs' prescribed from family doctor, to no avail. Started taking Mag R&R a month ago, and the relief has been tremendous! Barely any leg cramps! Fantastic product! Highly recommended!”

“Not sure how I found Salt Wrap but I'm glad I did. It seems like a reputable company with a sincere goal of helping people feel better. I placed and order and received it within a very short time. I haven't had any problems or issues with the product. I like that they send a helpful hits message once a week. I haven't had to contact them but have a feeling they offer good customer service.”

“I tried taking one and two capsules to see which one would work better for me. Taking two is far too much Melatonin. I sleep for days and I mean days. I don't believe I will be taking anymore. The only thing it did do that was so helpful, was relieve the leg cramps. I will get capsules with only Magnesium.”

“I looked forward to receiving SaltWrap mag R&R,used it for 1 week, using 1 then 2 then 3capsules. Sorry to say,still had leg cramps,but worse!was the rapid heartbeat that occurred...needless to say,I had to discontinue use of your product,,,Sincerely,Marilyn Morford”

“I honestly didn’t know what to expect from the Mag R&R. I had had severe thigh cramps at night - like a vice around my thigh. I searched this condition through WebMD and it directed me to SaltWrap and this product. I took it after a rigorous exercise day. I was sooo pleased that I slept soundly with no cramps. It worked. And so far it has worked from that time forward.”

“Hasn't really helped with anything, still get restless legs and leg cramps. Started with one pill and worked my way up to three and still nothing. I had so hoped that the pills would help. Although the product didn't work for me, I've changed my review to four stars because of their customer service. I did not ask for a refund, but after reading my review, they refunded the total cost. I'm very impressed by this, since customer service doesn't really exist with a lot of companies anymore. Thank You!”

“I have been plagued with finger/hand, foot/toe and leg/calf/ankle/inner thigh muscle cramps for years. I just completed my 1st month of the AM and PM magnesium products, and my muscle cramps have all but disappeared, with just a few intermittent attacks. I am thrilled! I also purchased the Sunrise Manifesto which I truly enjoy using daily - so much so that I recommended it to my Hashimotos Health Accelerator group. Wonderful products.”

“I was just about to call you regarding this product. I have been suffering nocturnal leg cramps for sometime now and so I ordered your product t see if it would provide some relief, so far none. I have been taking it for two weeks now. I am taking 3 each night and but to no avail. I would like to return it so I can get my refund. Sorry it did not help me at all. Your customer vice is good, I have no complaints on that. Thank you.”

“Instructions said to take at night. The first three doses caused gas and diarrhea throughout the night. I quit for a few days and started back one capsule at night. No problem. Then I increased to two capsules. No problem and then increased to three capsules. Back to gas and diarrhea. No easing of leg jerks or cramps.”

UDPATE 072720: Glad we were able to resolve this for you Nancy. Sometimes it just takes some tweaking with dosage. We are here if you need help with anything else. ++ Hi Nancy, Sorry to hear this! First, I see your order has been refunded in full. I'm glad we were able to preemptively take care of that for you. Second, we always suggest starting with 1 capsule and work up to 3 only if needed. It sounds like you are a better fit for 1 capsule per day. If you aren't getting negative side effects from that dosage, then please consider sticking with it (you can keep the bottle, no need to return it). It looks like you purchased Mag R&R recently, so please consider giving it some time to work. Though some people see immediate results as you can read in the review, most people see the best results after a few weeks of continued use. Consistency is key. Again - these are just suggestions if you want to try 1 capsule because that seemed to be OK for you. However, we've already refunded your order and you are welcome to discard the remaining contents.
