“I ordered 2 btls of Mag R & R. a few weeks ago. They never arrived. I e-mailed you last Monday, and was sent a second shipment that arrived today. Thank you. What do I do if the first shipment arrives tomorrow or down the line? Thank you for your help, and it is a pleasure dealing with you.”

“SaltWrap resent my order when I didn’t receive the first order. They did fund the shipping. I changed my review from very poor to acceptable. I chose acceptable because waiting for this product I had to buy something else so my total purchase got quite costly.”

Hi Leann - Sorry about this. I see your order was placed on July 4, and this shipment has missed the delivery window. USPS is experiencing delays currently, but it's no excuse! I refunded your shipping costs. Also - I am going to track this order, and send a replacement (expedited) if we don't get a response from the carrier today.

“Good product. Marketing is terrible. Why all these special discount codes and not just have a normal price? Makes me want a different manufacturer as the day after I order it seems this discount code is sent to me. Why not just let your price be the price? I feel ripped off every time.”

Hi Thomas, I'm sorry to hear that. We definitely don't want you to feel that way. I'll explain our logic on the discount codes. We offer Tiered Discounts on all our products (usually 10% off 3 bottles, and 20% off 6 bottles). Because larger orders typically have comparable shipping and fulfillment costs, we can afford to discount the price more than 1 bottle orders. For example, if you order 3 bottles of Mag R&R and use code "MAG10" you will get 10% off. Another thing we do (that most companies do not) is immediately send a coupon code to customers for use on their next order. We love getting new customers, but it's even more important that we keep our current customers happy. So you will see some discounts exclusively for previous buyers. Again, I'm really sorry it came across that way. But, I'm happy to hear the product is working for you! Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

“So pleased with this purchase. I had been having muscle cramps nightly. I started with a 2 pill dosage and while I had no cramps, I found that (in me) I had diarrhea so cut back to 1. That is doing the trick. Sleep so much better now. Will continue with this product.”

Thank you for the feedback. All orders over $50 ship free within the U.S. We charge $5.99 for shipments less than $50. We also offer expedited shipping at checkout for an additional charge. Our strategy when it comes to shipping charges is to simply cover our cost. Thank you again for your feedback.
