“I was disappointed and be much aggrieved by gross negligence by shipping department. They sent my order without address. Just. Zip code. Arrived at post office without street address. Took 3 trips to post office to get the package”

“Still having night cramps. Been on the pills for couple weeks. They are less, before I was having them every 2-3 hours. Now they are 1-2 a night. Earlier I have them a 2 star which really was a little harsh. I received a email from them saying they read my review and were refunding me and it came thru about same time. I will continue to use the pills till they run out. Maybe by the end the results will improve.”

“I like and use the mag R&R for my nighttime muscle cramps. I was intrigued by the gut health product and want to try it. I attempted to order one bottle while it was 30% off but it kept putting me on a monthly program so I cancelled the order. I want to see how it works for me but I’m also concerned about the cost of continuing it all the time. Close to $60 a month on top of other supplements might be too much for me to spend monthly.”

“I got the capsules and the curcumin caused very severe GERD. I was so sick that now I have to have a GI procedure. I wrote in and asked for a refund and after a delay due to a holiday I received a nice response and a refund.”

“I started to use this type of magnesium because I was hoping it would help my skin to not be so hypersensitive to my clothing in the wintertime. I'm thinking it is helping.”

“I have been trying one to three pills every night. I have not found any difference between the dosage and am not experiencing any difference. I'd like to return the few pills I have left for a refund. I'm very sorry it did not work for me. I submitted this review last night and let Salt Wrap know about my results. Salt Wrap has already processed my refund!! I have never had an easier time with an online purchase refund. They have such great customer service and that is the reason for my 4 stars. While the product did not work for me, it may work for someone else. One will never know if it works without trying it. I do wish it would have worked for me.”

“I bought these for my 84 year old mom who gets bad leg cramps at night while in bed. She’s tried everything and nothing seems to help, but these did immediately give her some relief. She took two to begin with and had no cramps the first two nights (and the diarrhea the magnesium she was taking she’d been having stopped). She did have some mild cramping the third night and occasionally after that, but in general says she can sleep much better, and no more diarrhea. A she realizes she could still take another/third pill and still be within the dosage, and that might do away w her leg cramps altogether. So very happy with these!”

“When I wanted to stop or delay an auto shipment, I can't even find a representative to talk to. The person who answered the phone promised to have someone call me, twice, and they NEVER returned my calls. The products were shipped while I was out of town. The weather in Vegas, NV, where I live, is almost 110 F degrees. It was delivered under that situation and was sitting in my mailbox for half a day until I texted someone to pick it up. I will never buy from them directly again. If I ever need the product, I would get it from Amazon. Bad customer service!!! P.S. I am revising the review from one star to four because the customer service emailed me after the review, and tried to amend the situation by refunding me the cost. I am good with them. At least they stand by their service and follow up with the review. I will continue to order products of Salt Wrap.”

“Customer service was excellent. I received my order very quickly. However, I am annoyed at having 1-3 notices per day from SaltWrap on my e-mail and tablet! I have a life, folks. I don't want to spend time reading or deleting constant notices. I don't want to mark it as spam and have everything automatically go into the spam folder, because here and there I might want to read a particular notice. But even once a week would be too often. Several a day is harrassment.”
