“My purchase was sent to the wrong address. In spite of my having provided a new address at the initial time of purchase, the software appears to have defaulted to an earlier address. When I called customer service they told me they would send another shipment to the correct address (the one I had specified when ordering). It has not arrived after close to 2 weeks. I checked the track package information and it says it was sent out but never delivered. I will call in the next several days to see if I can get them to rectify the problem. If I ever order directly from SaltWrap in the future I hope they will have remedied the fault in their software that caused the problem.”

“I started getting cramps every night, mainly in my feet & ankles, sometimes in my calves, about a month or so ago. I purchased the MAG R&R & have been taking 1 capsule every night before bed. Most nights, I have no cramps, and only once have I needed to take another capsule during the night. I don't feel that I have been taking them long enough to be a confirmed convert, but so far, they seem to be working & I will be ordering more.”

“I have used this product for over a year. It's the best product for leg cramps. Before I tried over-the-counter products that didn't work and I kept a bottle of tonic water at my bedside. This is the best product that I have ever used..I buy them for family members and friends that don't use a computer. I took the bottle to my primary physician and my Chiropractor and they both there are no ingredients that would conflict with my current heart medication. If you have leg cramps, this is the best.”

“I'm very impressed with your customer service. Although the product did not work for me, I would not hesitate to order from you again. When I informed Salt Wrap that the product did not work for me, they immediately refunded my entire purchase price and supplied a free shipping label to return the unopened product.
