I started getting cramps every night, mainly in my feet & ankles, sometimes in my calves, about a month or so ago. I purchased the MAG R&R & have been taking 1 capsule every night before bed. Most nights, I have no cramps, and only once have I needed to take another capsule during the night. I don't feel that I have been taking them long enough to be a confirmed convert, but so far, they seem to be working & I will be ordering more.
