“I have suffered with leg ankle and foot cramps for years. This product, MagR&R, has stopped them almost completely!!! Two capsules every night before sleeping works for me. If I’ve had a very strenuous day on my feet I will take a third capsule.”

“R & R and joint clinic are amazing - especially the R & R --- I use the protein drink as well ---i am 'mature" but very active with horses and living on a ranch and I need to move comfortably and sleep - these products have improved both needs immensely”

“The Capsules do real good for my leg cramps I just wish I could take them during the day. I still get cramps in my feet. I get these cramps everyday so if ya might have something that I can take during the day please let me know. Thank you Jennie Barnes.”

“I was having terrible, debilitating, crippling leg cramps. When I got them they were so terrible, the muscles were so tight, I couldn’t move. These occurred anytime of the day. I started taking your product before I went to bed 3 wks ago and got my life back. I still feel sometimes like my legs want to cramp, but so far so good! I have tried so many things to correct this. I never knew when they were going to cramp up so it was hard to go any place because I didn’t want to make a scene. I’ve had Charlie horses and they are nothing compared to what I was having. Thank you for changing my life.”

“1 capsule worked the first night! Occasionally I take 2 caps but most of the time 1 is all I need. I have been sleeping much better without interruptions caused by cramps.”
